  When the consultant arrived they would have been aware my spouse was at home to give what info they had regarding the lodge renovation, and to call me with any queries whilst they were there. They then went silent until I finally chased them up and asked if there was any other information they needed for the work, at which point they said they'd taken on another job. Other companies who've come round have showed more enthusiasm to provide a quote as well as a clearer understanding of what we advised would be needed, so this has been disappointing service from a company I had better hopes for.

  EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT we bought a house in Leamington which hadn’t been updated in 30+ years. We needed extra living space, larger kitchen additional bathroom and bedrooms moving and walls it’s was a huge and daunting project. They aren’t the cheapest or the most expensive but they were clear with cost, deadlines and made many recommendations too. Managed building regs, pretty much everything. They completed on time and kept within budget. The team were tidy and trustworthy and had their own keys. Very considerate of our family as we lived in the house for most of the renovation.

  We would highly recommend Home and Dry Construction! Nigel, Richard, Danny and Harvey were professional, and courteous throughout the entire job. They were in constant communication (as we had to move out of the property at the time), and kept us in the loop at all times. They were also flexible and willing to work with us on any changes to the initial job/quote. As a result we ended up asking them to do more work for us as the job progressed. Despite this, the job was still finished within the expected timeframe. We are very happy with all the work and plan to use the team again in future

  The Home and Dry team took on a relatively large job and were great throughout. We found them to be punctual, polite and accommodating of our working from home needs. Work was carried out to a high standard and whenever the occasion arose to offer creative ideas, the team delivered there too. On a few occasions we went off plan and were very happy with the results. Many thanks to Nigel, Rich and Danny, a pleasure having them around. From a pricing point of view, very well managed with no hidden surprises. Would definitely recommend Home and Dry.

  We had a large bedroom divided to create a new bedroom/study. The team were fantastic. The job was done quickly and professionally and all care was taken to make the room in keeping with the rest of the house. Rich and Danny thought creatively to solve some challenging issues eg they managed to construct new bespoke coving to match with the existing regency coving which made the room feel like it had always been there! Nigel, Rich and Danny are a pleasure to work with and always do a really great job. Highly recommended.
