David Hibbert of Home and Dry Solutions assessed my damp issue very carefully, asking about the duration of the issue and looking not just at the immediate area, but around the adjoining walls etc. He then advised me that it was not rising damp, but condensation from my kitchen and suggested some special paint for the affected wall and the installation of an Xpelair fan to dispel condensation. I have purchased the paint and overhauled my existing cooker hood, which extracts to outside. Very impressed with his approach, appreciated his honesty and would certainly go back to this company.

Had some damp proofing done to 3 walls. Big job over 2 days but they were very good. Cleaned up the mess and left everything as they found it. Great job.
