We are a small family owned business with over 10 years of experience in this sector. We repair and provide appliances of the following:
Cookers and hoods
Dishwashers
Fridge and freezers
Ovens
Washing machines
Small electrical appliances such as irons, hoovers, toasters.
We have learnt that honesty, integrity, respect and keeping customers informed is of the utmost importance.
Therefore, we will ensure that you are kept well informed of any repairs, maintenance or services required.
If any parts are required, we will ensure that they are at the best available price on the market. We have connections with certain manufacturers and distributors, that can ensure product quality and genuineness.
Invoices and receipts are given for any work completed, or that will be undertaken including any receipts for parts. Therefore, we do ask customers to provide their full name, address, contact number and email address.
Your appliances, your homes and your trust in us is what we value and uphold.
Please note due to Covid 19 we follow the government guidelines in regards to PPE. Therefore, we do ask customers certain questions relating to health and safety.

Muhammad was responsive, timely and helpful. He gave a time window within which to expect him then messaged when he was on his way. Fixed the machine swiftly and at a good price.

Arrived on time, polite, competent worker, sorted the problem in a good time.

Polite, friendly customer service. Arrived promptly, fixed the machine quickly and the cost was very reasonable. Very satisfied with the work undertaken.

Muhammad was quick and friendly, finding an usual fault with my oven quickly and dealing with it for a good price.
Faulty John Lewis Washing Machine
Excellent service provided from start to finish. Possible causes of the problem discussed on WhatsApp. I sent pictures and then when job was done the new part was on the van and fitted in no time. The main washing element was the cause and all done at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.
