Sam and the team have been amazing! Very communicative and happy to deal with a complex two neighbour job. New chimney stack looks perfect! they sorted everything out and kept to the agreed timelines. Even agreed to come and fix small issue caused by scaffolders. I would highly recommend Sam's company to anyone you wants no headache when dealing with trades!

Does exactly as it says on the tin. Required some stiching and pointing to a semi detached property. Sam gave a very competitive price, and the work undertaken. Prompt, polite and extremely professional whilst on site. The standard of the completed work, exceptional, the attention to detail, second to none. It took 4 weeks from start to finish for Millthorpe Builders to complete our garage conversion. Super communication and planning right from the first phone call received from Sam. Total costs laid out from the outset was useful. Very professional and skilled workmanship and Sam kept us updated regularly with progress. It was a pleasure to provide hospitality for the friendly workers. They even helped out our neighbour when there was an emergency. Would highly recommend!
