My wife and I were hosting our child's birthday party when our waste and toilet became blocked. Found Ken on Google and he was able to fit us in at short notice due to circumstances 11 kids to handle. Anyway unblocked and all was well; what a relief if you'll pardon the pun. Cost was surprisingly fair especially being an emergency call.

Very prompt in responding, I had blocked toilet and bath outlet. After examining the problem the outside manhole was full of sewage. After several attempts to clear the sewer it was noted that the problem was caused by the neighbours drain was blocked and backed to my drains. I have learnt a lot about drainage.
