This guy Alex damaged our floors, our walls and the new doors. He kept saying he was the expert but Did not have the right equipment. Sliding door to the en-suite has not been fixed with recommended fittings to the top of the door as he said he would, so dangerous, and not Installed level. Screws missing in hinges. When shown All his damage he only admitted to 4 bits of damage to the walls and ceiling when there is a lot more.

Paid some damages for some small marks on walls that were made by loading materials in. Customer said he had reinforced wall for new rail. Hadn’t been done which required the rail to be removed again causing damage. I then arrange to return again following day, which was cancelled by customer. And then re arranged for monday. After completing job, The customer didnt want to do a snag list with me. I asked many times. And was asked to leave after being shouted at by his wife. Later was rang by customer with abuse from both. I offered if i could Do anything to move forward and they said they’re going to sue me. And hung up.
