Boiler and general system servicing
Liam did a great job for us. Thorough, professional and very open to chatting through what is essential vs. What can wait another year. We extended our home and this was the first boiler service. Liam pointed out some efficiencies that could be made and we will hopefully see the benefits this winter with lower bills. Fix Underfloor Heating
The engineer arrived on time and was very courteous while being conscious of covid restrictions. He quickly diagnosed what had happened with my heating and while fixing the issue he endeavored to find the root cause of the problem rather than do the simple thing of just fixing and then leaving. Rectified issue with underfloor heating
I was provided a quote for the work, but due to living nearly an hour away, Liam offered to rectify the issues over the phone if I felt confident. He explained everything clearly and the issue was rectified with half an hour. This saved me a considerable amount of money, over £150.
