Disconnecting a washing machine, draining the water out when the door was unlocked.
I got a quick response from the company. The job was done on the day and time agreed. The person who did the job was apologetic about the inevitable wet floor. Recommend this company.

Very disappointing experience
My grill on my gas cooker would not stay lit. I had to pay up front before they would come out to do the job. The workman fitted a new thermocouple and tested it while he was there and it lit okay. When I went to use it the morning after it would not stay lit and the problem was exactly the same as before. The company now say that because it was working okay when the workman left they say there is nothing they can do. I paid over £100 for the repair which included £80 call out charge and I still have exactly the same problem as before and still can't use my grill!
Repair of Tumble dryer
Terry initially came to my house to check my tumble dryer, found the problem. The parts needed were ordered arrived the next day. Terry then returned and fitted the parts, and all is good. I found the service from this company excellent, Terry was very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend this company

They did a good job - completed as requested. The quote did not include VAT this was not clear. Would recommend them.
