From a tentative enquiry as I was not really fully convinced that this was something I really really wanted when explained to me in detail as to how it worked and the benefits to the environment and to myself financially : the complete installation has been completed speedily, efficiently and courteously from start to finish I don't think that anybody could have done it any better

From the outset, this was a fantastic experience. Nigel throughly explained everything from the start in a very easy to understand manner using illustrations etc. No question was a silly question and he made us absolutely comfortable with what would be purchasing. There was no upselling or underselling, he ensured he tailored the package to our requirements entirely. The installation was excellent, the team were respectful and worked extremely hard to get the install completed within the day. Abdul who did the technical assessment prior to install is excellent and always available by phone.
