10 Definitely NOT inexperience trade!

We had a new boiler fitted plus a couple of radiators re-sited. The communication, clarity of the quotation, advice & guidance were top-notch from start to finish. When the guys discovered a gas leak, we didn't know we had - there was no panic, just solutions. Honestly, a pleasure to have them working in the house and boy, did they work - no "popping off for parts (breakfast)" or spending all day on their phones - they just grafted. I cannot praise this company enough. I needed to replace my 15 year old boiler as it had broken down once again and I was without hot water. I called them on Monday, Gary came to my property and gave me a quote on Tuesday and on Thursday morning the team arrived and installed a lovely new boiler. Everything I was promised, I got. The team were very respectful of my property and cleared up after the job was completed. Their customer service is second to none and they made me feel very comfortable and confident to trust them to carry out the work. New water tank replacing leaky one. Boiler Service. Removing bath and fitting a full length walk-in shower. The first impression is of a very professional company. What work required was explained clearly and carried out promptly. The workers were friendly and polite.
