Side and rear extension to Victorian property
The builders have moved out leaving us with an amazing new space. Ray's design work is perfect, remodelling our kitchen, utility and WC, adding an additional reception room and opening up the back of our Victorian house to create a modern but sympathetic living space. Ray took us from concept, through planning, helped source a builder and continued to offer advice during construction. We couldn't have asked for better architect and builders and are delighted with the outcome. Ray was helpful throughout, offering guidance, answering our questions and helping move the project along.

Surveyed and Architected Drawings for single story extension, reworking of current internal structure, new rear patio and front driveway works
Ray was a massive help with his extensive knowledge of regulations and procedures involved with a planning process. His drawings and structural design incorporated every element and left us confident that we could employ the right builders and measure them by the detail in the plans. Ray handled all planning submissions and building control applications and was always available on the phone for any query we had. Very easy to deal with, thank you for your help. If we are every brave enough to take on another build, Ray would be our first port of call.

Designed and got planning permission for extension at the back of the house. Amended the plan throughout.
Lots of experience. Helpful when liaising with the council, water companies, engineers etc. He is good at project managing.
