We found him on Chekatrade, responded right away and offered to view the promisses the next day. Carl is very easy to talk too, bery polite and always on time. He left place very clean and tidy. Refurbishing and upgrading my rental property
The property became vacant and needed to be brought up to the modern standards before I could let it again. Gary's swift response and ability to do a variety of trades made my life a lot easier. He fixed the loose cabling and damaged facias, warped guttering and fencing, redecorated and replaced carpeting. I have no idea how he managed to source the new carpet so quickly or cheaply but I am grateful that he did so.

To fix back a door on the high kitchen unit, which was dangling dangerously held by bottom hinge
Carl, the Handyman telephoned me, only minutes after I’d sent the urgent request to Check a Trader, he explained he would be round in 1 or 2 hours, it was around 11/2 hours, he was very polite, and fixed the cupboard door back safely in no time, so a brilliant job completed, and no charge today either, so obviously Carl will be the first handyman I will contact in the future if needed. Thank you so much Carl.

Removing and treating condensation marks on ceiling and filling a small hole in wall.
Carl was friendly and professional from initial contact, calling me straight back when I left a message. He managed to squeeze us into his very busy diary and juggle things around. Carl completed the work quickly and efficiently, leaving the rooms he worked in very clean. Highly recommend and will use him again if we have any other household bits that need doing!
