    Excellent work done to a great standard

    Homefix were very efficient in everything that the engineer did. From updating when he would be arriving to giving me the quotation and doing the work went very smoothly and explained everything to me which is so reassuring to know that the engineer had extensive knowledge and knew what was needed Very polite and courteous throughout, overall a great experience and would use them again.

    Getting a radiator to heat up in the bedroom

    The plumber who attended managed to fix the radiator in quick time and was able to advise on potential future work. Very positive experience all round!

    Replacement of badly leaking electric shower unit

    Plumber and apprentice came the same day and diagnosed the problem and then replaced the unit. They were very friendly, completed the job fairly quickly and left no mess. I would use them again

    Shower pump

    I start by saying I can't fault the plumber, on time,kept me informed, nice job and a nice guy. Feel very let down by Homefix. Due to come Thurs 1 to 5 pm. Come at 4.30 app.No problem. Told me needed new pump ,he would order and get me an estimate that evening. Heard nothing. I rang up at 10 .00 ,13.00 and 17.00 on Friday . Every time told they would keep me informed, not once did they call/text me . Got the estimate Friday evening. On it was written bill must be paid promptly after work is done .I rang them ,they said 50% had to be paid first. I would have rang sooner to get job done

    Replacement radiator

    Mark was very courteous - and was able to complete the job in a few hours including a full system test. Very tidy workmnanship and great service.

    Drainage issue

    Courteous on the phone, and friendly engineers + quick responses, within 24hrs. 2 visits required, expensive....not sure about the initial diagnosis which subsequently forced the two visits and additional costs. First visit the shower was plunged and gunk removed, second visit the main external drain was power hosed to clear the blockage....
