You should not recommend this company. They wanted to do a video inspection at an upfront cost of 1500 pounds just to find out what the problem was. Then obviously the job cost on top of that and making good afterwards. I contacted a local plumber who located a leaking valve behind the toilet and simply replaced it and the leak has gone. The homefix man told me the leak was getting worse and that if I did not book the job then he could not guarantee I would get it done so he was using fear as a sales technique. The idea is obviously to con you into spending as much as they can. Diobolical.
