Homefront Architecture Ltd are able to provide you with a full package design and construction fee option, allowing our customers to know from the offset cost to fully manage - design their proposal ready for construction.


Our 5 Step Plans Process:


Step 1

Contact us for a Free Desktop Analysis providing our customers with information on the best way to kick-start their project.


Step 2

Propose Full package fixed fee, usually over a two-part payment schedule. On site consultation


Step 3

Arrange scanned site measured survey using the latest LiDAR Scanning equipment. Access to our interactive BIMx app which will allow you to view your plans in 3-D and take a virtual tours of the proposal at your own leisure.


Step 4

Gain necessary permissions utilising available applications. Prepare full construction plans along with structural calculations


Step 5

Ready for construction-assist in implementing the party wall act-deposit building control application-offer project management-construction.
