Door not locking, gearbox changed and door realigned
He notified me when he was arriving, was instantly knowledgeable of the fault and instantly replaced the broken gearbox then realigned the door which was going the extra mile in my opinion as that wasn't discussed in the original pricing. Door now, shuts and locks better than it ever did. Definitely 5 stars from me.
Car Keys Cut and Renewed
Josh did a great job. He came promptly and quickly and was able to mend a broken car key and get me and make me a new car key. Arriving when he said and all for a very reasonable price. Thanks Josh. Very pleased
Repair broken mechanisms on two double-glazed casement windows

A non emergency call out but arrived within 2 hours. Inspected and discussed the problem before quoting for the work agreed. Work completed successfully.
Fixed utility room door lock
Excellent service. Utility room door to outside of house wouldn't lock, but Josh was able to fix on the day with minimum fuss.
Front Door Lock
I was contacted about 15 minutes after sending an email with my front door problems and the next day the engineer was out and repaired my front door. Excellent service and very polite and explained what the fault was. Would definitely use again for any lock issues including house or car.
Sitting room door handle
After contacting various companies including the company who supplied the doors to replace my broken door handle no one could get the right one , Josh sourced the right fitting for my door very quickly . He is very good I would highly recommend him .
