  I’m so pleased with the work Paul carried out and I cannot fault the customer service. The ‘end to end’ experience, from requesting a quote to the finished result was superb. Paul is really approachable and available, answering any queries and putting my mind at rest. He was always punctual and respectful of my home, he did his very best to make the messy job as clean and tidy as possible. The finish on the plastered walls having been treated is excellent. I would highly recommend Homeguard, it’s clear that the family run business takes huge pride in their work. Thank you Paul and Joanne!

  I am extremely happy with the work. Paul was incredibly tidy and meticulous in his work. He is clearly an expert in his field and the quality of work his work was excellent. He went to great lengths to minimise any dust as a result of his work, completed the work in the time agreed and tidied up when he had finished. • Damp and condensation inspection

  Our rental property has some condensation problem, I need to pay the damp specialist from estate agent for the inspection, however, what I received was not the inspection report but quotation. I then sought 2nd opinion from Paul, who was very helpful and gave me an inspection report and suggestion of solving the issues. Due to the landlord responsibilities and commitment, I had communicated with Paul on numerous occasions, he always response personally rather than via the company receptions. • Wall plaster renewals to treat existing damp issues

  Paul explained all stages of the work and made sure that I was happy before he finished each day. He worked efficiently with minimal mess and disruption. What could have been an anxious week actually turned out to be a pleasant surprise at how little cleaning there was to do on completion. I would have no hesitation about recommending this company for future work.

  Damp was identified in our survey, but due to the awkwardness of the sellers, Homeguard were unable to carry out their inspection until completion. However, Joanne was very patient and did her utmost to get the matter resolved. Communication was clear throughout and any dealings with Joanne or Paul were always friendly and helpful. Paul completed the work to an extremely high standard and did an excellent job of keeping the work area tidy whilst doing so. Paul even took the time to attend the property before work commenced to offer advice on another issue. I wholly recommend Homeguard.
