Both times his report and quote have been very detailed and informative and he was very accommodating with his time and allowed us to ask questions and helped us make informed decisions with what work we had done. His communication was great before before throughout completing the work. He went to great effort to minimise the disruption and mess caused by the work. 10Verified ReviewPaul is a very professional chap who recently completed a damp proof survey at my property whilst I was aware of various issues I wanted some final confirmation and clarification from an expert in this particular field and what options I had to fix the issues. Whilst there is a very small fee involved eventually I received a detailed report of what problems exist, how to fix them and every thing is laid out in laymen's terms along with diagrams. Would highly recommend. The other reviews are spot on.
