They drilled internal walls every 6 inches, and filled with what they said was propernal.They left without leaving any paperwork,guarantee or an invoice with a description of what they had completed. I contacted homeguard to cancel the next external work as I was not happy with what had been done.They still sent someone round and I asked them politely to leave. I then contacted a local company who sent round a surveyor who carried out a full structural survey and condemned everything Homeguard had carried out.

The team were very polite and curtious, respectfull of my property ,explained step by step of what the job entailed , clean and tidy ,highly recommend

The surveyor was very genuine; friendly and helpful. It was a relief to know that payment was not necessary until the job was finished and inspected.

Found the experience good I have used companys in the past where they've where very pushy and it did put me off but this company experience was very pleasant me and my wife are very happy with the work carried out and would highly recommend using this company again
