We’ve used Paul at Home Heat for a number of years now for both domestic and commercial boiler installations, and the quality of his work has always been excellent. He has fitted several different boilers for us over the years, and every installation has been completed to a very high standard with great attention to detail. What really stands out about Paul is his honesty and reliability. He always gives straightforward advice, explains the options clearly, and never tries to oversell unnecessary work. It’s refreshing to deal with someone so trustworthy and professional.

When replacing our boiler four years ago, my partner and I were connected with Paul by chance through a third party service. We view this as a massive stroke of good fortune as were extremely impressed by Paul; we have continued to contact him for any boiler and gas work since, including after having moved house within Coventry. Paul is courteous and obviously takes great care and pride in his work. He's honest and won't recommend work that isn't required, and he's also friendly. I had a water leak from my boiler. I found Paul’s details on Checkatrade. He came round the same day, diagnosed the problem, ordered a replacement part and fitted it the following day. On entering my property he changed his shoes. He took a video of the problem so I could see it for myself. His work was faultless. He cleaned up any mess and was polite and respectful at all times. I’d highly recommend Home Heat.
