The guys who did the work were very good. Supply was poor as the wrong windows were supplied which required a revisit. They still got it wrong on the second attempt so we lived with it. Plastering was sub standard and we eventually paid for another contractor to finish to avoid further delays. Now one window and door is bowed because there is not enough support for the internal box gutter and we have been told that they will not do anything about it. We will be taking advice and if necessary refer this to the relevant bodies for resolution unless Homecare step and fix this issue

Issue unsolved : the rain gutter blocks one of the window opening Everything else has been solved but not in a timely manner and we had to workaround few things. Also the 2 manhole covers inside conservatory have different level hence I cannot fit laminate floor without spending more money to remediate. I had so many issues that I didn’t bother to ask them about this as I know what their answer will be.

Great service, reliable and friendly company and felt reassured the whole time. Wayne was fantastic when drawing the plans and Barry was so reliable and helpful arranging the installation and ensuring the build was done to time scale. I would sincerely recommend you have your conservatory done by HomeCare. This was stress free work done at an amazing price and that is something you can not put a price on!
