It's hard for me to post a negative review because I've been using HomeIs for years for carpet and oven cleaning and I've always been happy with their services. However, the end of the tenancy clean was very bad and they did not deliver on their promise at all. We found dust on radiators and windows, cobwebs around the house, stains around the hob to name just a few issues. They also damaged curtains wile steam cleaning them. As a result our landlord is not happy and claiming much more from our deposit that we paid for this service. Tried to speak with the provider but they don't seem to care.

Really pleased with Home Is - they deliver a courteous, efficient, professional service. Sandra did an excellent job, our ovens are good as new. Would definitely recommend.
