Sadly we have had a very poor experience. The cost of repairing and replacing damages caused by the removal has been over £2800. Chipped, scratched and dented furniture, dirty marks on sofas where garden items transported on them. The move out day felt rushed and items were left behind we had to transport. We used their temporary storage, described by the supervisor in move in day that it looked like ‘the items were just dumped’ They are no longer responding to emails to resolve the complaint

Great from start to finish! Excellent communication throughout. On the day the removal team Alan and Rik were amazing professional and efficient nothing was too much trouble! They took all our stress away from the momentthey arrived we couldn't have asked for better! Thankyou so much from all the family 😁

What can I say apart from they offer a top class service and treat property with such care An emotional day was not the case as James and Alan made things run smooth Top service from them both Would use again for sure

This company is by far the best I've ever used (I've moved house 6times!). I've used all the removal company's top top firms, and I can confidentiality say Homemoovers are the best... The surveyor came to our house without being a normal pushy salesman. Very polite and had an unbelievable system that he calculated perfectly enabling the right price I was very happy with. They are very reasonable. The office staff were very professional and put us as ease every time my wife had questions to raise. They found solutions for us. The removal men were outstanding the best I've ever seen.
