Couldn’t recommend Sid enough. Very empathetic and helped us out when we moved into our new home and the boiler wasn’t working. Polite, friendly, knowledgable, can’t fault him. Didn’t just install the new boiler but gave advice along the way with the heating system and also fixed a couple of issues he found whilst he was at it.

Absolutely brilliant work from Sid. Diagnosed and quoted for repair and returned to carry out work promptly. Excellent communication and work. I would thoroughly recommend Sid.

We always use Sid for all our plumbing works including our emergency call outs. He is very knowledgeable and so helpful and friendly. He was very quick to attend and came the next day.

Having called a couple of plumbers in colchester and getting no response I tried Homepal plumming and Heating; and to my astonishment my call was answered immediatly and by the plummer - a rarity indeed. I told him the job, and mentioned that my dad was disabled and elderlly, and we rally needed it looked at asap. Now this plumber was clearly very busy yet he still manged to fit us in! And my dads boiler was up and working within a couple of hour of our phone call - another rarity! My dad could not fault the service he recieved today and nor could I. Highly reccomended!!
