Ticks all the boxes
Richard was extremely polite, friendly and respectful. He showed up on time and went about his work diligently. He had all the right tools with him. He took great care when entering the house with his equipment and was very considerate in removing his shoes and putting down blankets when he needed to access an area via an upstairs room. Astounding results!
An absolutely fantastic job by Richard. Our six year old sofas have been restored to "as new condition". Our carpet, likewise. Three years ago, a previous well known cleaning firm told me that the stubborn marks in our carpet will never come out. Well, they have now. Richard was prompt, incredibly thorough and delivered with a competitive price.
