    Highly skilled. Dependable.

    November 2025 Phil completely renewed our out of date house alarm system. He arranged different settings to accommodate cat in the house or not. He left laminated instruction guides beside both keypads, making it clear and easy to use. In July 2026 we needed an engineer reset. Phil came the same evening we phoned him. An elderly family member with new mobility issues now needs a bit longer time to get from the front door to the keypad and Phil quickly sorted that. Highly recommended!

    what a find !

    My wife called Home security systems NW on a Friday afternoon as I was away from home and some circuits had blown in the house and the trip would not reset. Phil arrived very soon after and was unbelievably helpful, very knowledgeable and skilled. He identified what circuits were effected and was able to carry out basic fix to allow the fridge freezer to be powered and other essential power needs. Phil only charged £70. The next day he emptied cupboards provided access holes and completed the repair and fixed the water leak that had caused the problem, from 8:30am to 4:30 pm £300 amazing

    Great service. Great value.

    Fitted a new alarm. Got a range of quotes for different systems - all priced competitively. Agreed our options and engineer came. Was lovely, worked efficiently and cleaned up after. Would totally use again

    Blessed to have found such a great electrician

    Phil was super responsive and was able to come out the same day our shower broke. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and came back immediately when another issue occurred. He left our place very tidy considering he had a lot of work to do. A reliable, honest and reasonable worker, will be using Phil again if needed!
