  Drain / Sewer Clearance

  Extortionate and don’t do the whole job.

  Called them out to clear sink drain and fix tap. Time arranged but then they changed it with no reason given. Stated 10 minutes, cleared drain but did nothing to the tap. Charged extortionate fee , demanded immediate payment. Avoid like the plague.

  Don’t use them

  Fixed one small problem and created a much bigger one. Do not touch them with a barge pole. They’re uber expensive as well.

  Don't use home services direct unless you have lots of spare cash

  Had to wait 3 days they came fitted a new thermostatetook two and a half hours then charged me just over £600 I'm 87 and had no choice but to pay what a rip of

  Misleading pricing

  Don't be fooled by the 'no call out fee'! Beware — this company’s pricing felt very misleading. They charge £82.50 per half hour with a minimum one‑hour fee, which wasn’t clearly explained. I queried the cost afterwards, the staff member even admitted, in his own words, “you wouldn’t believe how many times I have to explain this,” which suggests many customers are confused by their pricing, the call recording also made the key details sound mumbled & unclear - very sus! Even the engineer who came to the house was shocked by the rates. Based on my experience, I would personally avoid!

  dont be a victim of rip off briton

  one radiator to installed in a bungalow in a bedroom 3 hours job. when i inquire was told £350max for labour £100 parts . later when job done got billed for £681. nothng was clear in written form.only came clear when they sent me invoice after paying. check a trade should look into this to allow to trade in their platform. we even re locate installation area to make the plumbers life easier.

  do no use this company

  job to installed a radiator in our bedroom. plumber came in late afternoon said he have to come back another day as he need more time. i have ask him and he said its going to be half of day job. and we wanted to have radiator installed in corner where we thought it good. when he came in he said he wanted to re locate installation which we agreed make it easier. prior to this i have called and discuss pricing and told him if its going to more than £350+ 100 parts its ok to carry out the job. on e mail office confirm it will not cost no more than that. later 3 hours job costing £688
