Lukes team came out at arranged time and got the loose tile from the roof and cemented it back in place. They found 2 further tiles that could be lifted off and cemented those back on too

Very efficient and high quality service in record time- we are very pleased with the results. Luke is clearly very knowledgeable and took time to explain the options open to us, taking photos before and after to show us the work. His team were polite and respectful whilst at our property and cleared up afterwards well. Would recommend and in fact already have, to a work colleague.

Luke was on time and professionsl. The job was done and tidied after. The job was not as large as first thought and Luke offered to lower the price accordingly.

Within minutes of posting the job, I was called and within the hour the Home-shield guys were on my doorstep. Cowl was replaced as instructed however they realised that the leak in my chimney breast wasn’t coming from the (non-attached) cowl but from the enormous open chimney which wasn’t covered at all. They shot off to the shop and returned very quickly with relevant parts and completed the job. I can now rest easy knowing I will eventually be able to decorate my bedroom when the leak dries out. Best service, charming guys, straightforward to work with. Would definitely use them again.

Had the ridges on my roof done on the day of the quotation. The work was shown to me in detail on a phone afterwards. I was given multiple options for the work I needed with the pros and cons of each option explained well. A well done job done promptly in a friendly manner with no fuss.
