  Viessmann 151-A Heat Pump

  An initial survey was carried out to determine the heat pump size and emitters. The installation was kept basic with regard to room temperature control, standard valves on radiators, and no room thermostats. I have been achieving a SPF of 5.4 with internal room temperatures as designed from survey. I was impressed with Richard’s technical knowledge of the system. The neatness of the pipework around the internal unit is impressive.

  Heat pump from the experts

  We had a heat pump installed recently. Richard from Homestead Energy did the initial survey, design and installation. They were very professional throughout. Any questions were answered immediately and in a way that a layman could understand them too. The installation itself went very smoothly with great care paid to minimise disturbance. The aftercare is exemplary with great communication and a genuine interest to leave us with a good experience.

  Viessmann Heat Pump Installation

  From the beginning Richard explained everything and gave me various options. I chose to go for a Viessmann, the best on the market, as a long term investment and it also meant less overall space taken up and changes inside the property. The heat pump was installed with little fuss and my house was treated with great care and respect. With Icy Hot being Heat Geeks I was confident in the design and quality of work and as of now my heat pump is heating the house perfectly and has a SCOP of 5.3!

  Old Heat Store replaced to new Combination Boiler

  I simply have nothing but praise for Richard and team. They simply made it so you couldn't ask for anything more. It is clear that The team worked with Pride in their work. The quality of craftsmanship on the finished product is fantastic. I have had no issues with the install since. I chose Icy hot as Richard was a key enabler in explaining all the different options of boiler and what you would get for each. It was clear during install seeing the passion going into the work that I made the best decision. Worked with a very personal touch. Attentive to the customer they were working for.

  Central Heating Installation

  My job included extending the central heating system around the entire house, adding in four new radiators, and replacing the boiler. The team were very professional from start to finish, and are really knowledgable, courteous and friendly. I was presented with different options at different price points, as well as recommendations along the way. The work that they did, as well as the effort that they put into communicating their progress through the job was excellent, and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

  New heating system

  Icy Hot were very professional when it came to designing the heating system. They explained why they were choosing the radiators and boiler and how it benefited my house, heating and energy usage. They were confident with their design and we were very pleased with the outcome. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a heating engineer
