This company cold called me whilst working on a neighbours property. Guttering, ridge tiles and valleys done. Kept adding to work as time progressed. No paperwork in the form of invoice or receipt. Kept saying I would get a 10 year warranty but have never received one. Have issue with poor workmanship but now company are un contactable. Now the weather has turned we have many issues with leaks and it is affecting our electrics.

Many issues of mess and poor quality work. Contracted items left incomplete. Damage to property.- smashed electrical socket and freezer left to defrost without informing householder. Unable to open bedroom window as fascia board incorrectly installed. I could go on.Photos of before and after not supplied after numerous ignored requests. Work which was interrupted by the lockdown is still incomplete and the company is not replying to contact. I am about to issue legal proceedings to have the work completed by a reliable company. I regret using these people and paying over £50000.
