    Ring Elite Install with Honeywell Chime

    Happy with overall service and installation. Sam and team were very professional and did a neat and tidy job. They were honest and upfront with any issues or challenge they saw before they started. I am pleased with the install, which included flush fitting of the Ring Elite into a rendered brick wall, connecting it to an external Honeywell Chime using a 8v transformer and connect the Elite to PoE switch. Professionally done. Would highly recommend them

    Uninstalled alarm system and replaced with a new (wired and wireless) one

    We were going on a long holiday and our existing alarm had a fault and was then destroyed by an engineer. Hometech arrived promptly, installed a wireless system on loan while we were away and before we had agreed to award them a contract! On our return Hometech did a great job with the installation, came back straight away to make some adjustments and have provided support several times since at no charge. I would absolutely recommend them (and have done so)

    Electrical problem

    Sam provided an excellent service. He carried out a thorough investigation, resolved the problem and gave helpful advice. He was prompt, professional and courteous, and I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

    Investigate non-functioning dishwasher

    The initial visit was 30 minutes to diagnose the problem. They returned with a new switch a few days later at the agreed time but unfortunately this did not resolve the issue. I need a new dishwasher. Despite over an hour with us on two occasions they have not charged.
