Customer provided incorrect base measurements upon arrival. This was questioned and a new drawing with the correct measurements was provided for the shed base as agreed. Customer paid a deposit however once the rubbish had been removed and the new base laid, customer again questioned base size and refused us entry to the property to collect tools and refused to pay the remaining balance. An empty skip was hired in order to load rubbish safely and not on a public highway outside the property. Pictures were supplied to the customer of the rubbish removed from site, the empty skip and the skip loaded. The skip hired was larger than estimated, however out of good will, the customer was not invoiced extra for the larger skip required. Invoice total for the works came in less that original estimated works. Update: Customer has now paid for the works in full.
