I would highly recommend hook carpets I decided to replace my bedroom carpet after decorating. From home visit to carpet fitting the service has been amazing. Knowledgeable staff ensuring a cost effective solution to a relatively narrow room. Time from home visit to fitting was just two weeks and the carpet was just the finishing touch the room needed. You won’t find more helpful and genuine people I certainly would have no hesitation recommending hook carpets and won’t go anywhere else for carpet from now on!

Donna in the shop was exceptionally helpful and allowed us to take our time looking at samples and even bringing them home. We went for something a little bolder than planned and a year later we still love it. The advantage of them being experts was that we were advised to put down board which is something we hadn’t considered. The job itself was completed perfectly. No issues whatsoever. Will use again.
