I recently had the pleasure of using Hooks Heating Services for a full flush of my central heating system, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Service Quality From the moment I contacted Jordan, his customer service was great. prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. Respectful of my home, laying down protective sheets and cleaning up thoroughly after the job was done. It was clear that he takes pride in their work and care about their customers' satisfaction. Jordan is an exceptional plumber! Due to the cold weather, my boiler stopped working, and I was in urgent need of help. Faulty boiler fixed quickly and cost-efficiently
Our boiler has been faulty since January, and had been completely off for the last four days (no hot water nor heating end of November in the UK was not pleasant). After being put in touch with Jordan, he sent us a quote the same day and came to our house the day after. The price was lower than what other people gave us, Jordan was very efficient and managed to fix the issue. He also came back later in the week to fix another long-term issue we had with our thermostat and we were very happy with both services. Jordan was very nice, gave us clear explanations about everything. Would recommend.
