Prompt response, (on a Sunday), arrived on time as agreed on monday. Agreed fee, repair fixed same day. Friendly , helpful persona. Repair was a leaky pump hose on Samsung washing machine. Definitely recommend

I submitted job with make and model of machine on Saturday and that the drum wasnt spinning, immediate response saying they could come Monday, I had to ask questions to be told call out charges etc. Asked for an Eta monday morning but no reply. Corror arrive at about 10.30, opened the machine and identified a broken belt. I was informed he couldn't fix it easily and was advised to buy a better quality machine. He then didnt put the machine back together properly prior to leaving, back peice and screws left off and just pushed it under the counter.

Friendly and professional, came the next day and kept in touch about arrival time. Tumble dryer was diagnosed and fixed quickly. Thank you
