Installed New boiler, cylinder and radiators.
Trevor is a great guy and his team were very professional. They worked extremely hard to get the work done on time. They were competitively priced and based on the quality of their work I would highly recommend them to others.

Replacement CH boiler
Trevor arrived and gave me very sensible advice. He suggested that even though the boiler was old he would recommend waiting for the boiler to fail before replacing. He said that if it did fail he could handle this as an emergency and replace quickly. I really appreciated the sensible and fair advice. I was not pushed into carrying out any work, just valuable advice.

Disconnecting a gas cooker.
Trevor is a STAR⭐️🌟✨I just called him for an emergency visit as I’m moving tomorrow and somebody’s coming this afternoon to take the cooker to the dump. I assumed there would be a tap but there wasn’t so I got in a panic. Trevor asked me to send him a photo on WhatsApp. He called me straight back by video call. I showed him the pipe and he told me it was a push fit. In two minutes it was disconnected. Trevor hasn’t charged me for the advice. If I wasn’t moving out of this area I would use him all the time. All I can say is Trevor, thank you; you’re a good man.

Installing water filter and plumbed in fridge freezer
Trevor did a brilliant job. Excellent problem solving skills and sorted out an issue that a previous installer couldn’t work out. He was lovely to deal with and I highly recommend.

Emergency Central Heating Repair

Emergency leak investigation
Trevor was great at responding to our emergency leak. He was thorough with his investigation and concluded the leak was more likely coming from a roof defect than our water pipes. I would recommend him for rapid assessment of any issues.

Boiler Repair
There was an issue with my boiler which resulted in the pressure dropping and no hot water. Contacted Trevor on Sunday, he came out the following day and assessed the job free of charge. He ordered the part and came back on the next day to fit it. Fixed the problem, charged me a fair price and was always communicative. Really can't ask for any better service, he's a very nice chap. Highly recommend his plumbing services for anyone in South-West London or Surrey area. Wouldn't think twice about calling him again and would trust every word he says. Thank you!
