Excellent service from Dean, from the start he explained the job and completed it with no mess. Freindly and trustworthy.

I was very pleased with the work carried out by Horizon, they were very accommodating, as I had to change my appointment time at short notice and they still managed to do the work on the day I requested. The engineer wasted no time in deciding I needed a new ariel and promptly fitted a new one.

Brilliant service. We were having a tv wall mounted which involved moving our virgin media box to the other side of the room. Turned up at the time advised, explained what would be involved and checked before commencing that I was happy with where on the wall I wanted it and how I wanted the cables to sit etc. Any problems he came up against he just sorted or advised a way round it. We first used Horizon about 12 years ago and they are still just as professional now as they were then. I would highly recommend them.

Called Horizon to do a home survey and look into a problem connecting a remote outbuilding to internet access. Les, who is very friendly and knowledgeable without being obscure, came out within 2 days of booking. He suggested a much better solution to the problem than I had envisaged, sent a quote and booked in the job, all within a few days. Les installed the Point-to-Point wireless links quickly and efficiently, although in a difficult access location. The system works perfectly, at a reasonable cost and I am happy to highly recommend Horizon Sound & Vision.

I am very pleased with the excellent, friendly and thorough service from Horizon when they were able to source the reason for my bedroom TV to have lost all signal. They fixed the wiring joint in the loft and bedroom so I am now able to watch TV in my bedroom. I would definitely use them again if needed in the future.
