Immature person,
Rudeness takes you nowhere. Quote was fine-ish I was hoping for bit less however that almost did not matter, untill young boy became rude and ignorant about what I said to him. Cost of life is hard right now as it is no need to be sarcastic to people we all trying to eark our keep. All the best.

The customer whatsapped me at 10pm at night asking for a quote for some gas work she wanted undertaking. I gave her a rough estimation based on the details she gave me via the messages. Then later that evening, she came back to me and said I was a bit too expensive. I explained that the work she needs carrying out, has to be done by a gas safety engineer and would require a call out fee which all engineers have, followed by costs for the parts. I said you wouldn’t likely find anyone cheaper as my call out fee is a reasonable price. That was the end of the conversation, so I am really shocked to see this review. I think she has misinterpreted my reply as I was not rude in any way. Apologies for any miscommunication

Gas safety certification
Josh was efficient and courteous throughout his work for me. It was refreshing to use a workman who was happy to talk me through the work in an intelligent manner. Josh turned up exactly when he said he would and kept to the price we had agreed. He’ll be welcome back next year.
