    Call out for faulty dishwasher

    Contacted in the evening, arrived the next morning by 10am — dishwasher not worth fixing for age and cost of parts but gave lots of very helpful advice and was totally professional and friendly. Great service.

    Very clear communication

    Jefferson arrived on time, quickly identified the problem and communicated very clearly the technical issues. Unfortunately it wasn't fixable, but he gave good advice on what to look out for when buying a replacement.

    Very professional and clear communication

    They were on time, identified the issue quickly and communicated the technical terms cleary. Unfortunately it wasn't repairable, but they gave clear instructions and tips on how to proceed and what to look for when buying and installing a new unit.
