  Really happy with the service I received. From the first visit through to having the new boiler fitted, everything was handled professionally and without any hassle. Simon is friendly, punctual and respectful of my home, and he left everything clean and tidy afterwards.   Emergency Central Heating Repair

  Emergency gas call-out — arrived within minutes of calling

  Rang Hotter Homes with an emergency and Simon arrived within five minutes. He happened to be a mile away finishing another job, but the point is he came straight over rather than pushing it to the next day, which plenty wouldn't. Polite, efficient, and spotted the cause immediately — I'd knocked the gas off by accident while refilling the system — and he told me so without making me feel like an idiot about it. He didn't try to spin it into a bigger job than it was either, which counts for a lot. Would have him back without hesitation and would recommend him to anyone needing a gas engineer.

  New boiler installed

  Simon has been great coordinating the fitting of my new boiler. Henry and Dan were great plumbers and removed the old boiler and refitted a new one. I had a new kitchen, so they were extra careful when doing all the work. A great service all round. I’d highly recommend them.

  Very good work

  Simon from Hotter Homes was punctual, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable . He checked and serviced my boiler and gave me sound advise for future proofing my central heating. I would certainly use his firm again. Highly recommended.

  Excellent boiler repair work

  Absolutely superb visit from Simon at Hotter Homes. Very professional, very clean and efficient and has resolved the issue in one visit. He has asked me to keep an eye on the boiler pressure for a few days just to make sure that what he has done is fully working, which is another positive because the communication was excellent.

  Central Heating

  Resolution of central heating problem.

  I called Hotter Homes over the Christmas holidays as I had a problem where the upstairs radiators could not be turned off via the thermostat. They came out within a couple of hours and fixed the issue, while also resolving another problem and explaining in layman’s terms exactly what was wrong and what was needed to resolve them. Great service and peace of mind for the New Year.
