Very pleasant chap. Professional, quick and efficient. Quickly found issue. Although it was a simple pump exchange fix, unfortunately the pump had melted into the base- which was difficult to cut out. This did not phase Enginear, who spent the next hour carefully removing old pump without damaging surrounding fragile components. After finishing repair, stayed to give much hair full advice for care and maintenance in the future.
