Household investiments were the only ones who visited the site, carried out a detailed survey and provided a very informative report with a quote for the works requested. A slight change to the start date was arranged ahead of time by them and our flexability allowed for this. The job was completed to our satisfaction and they cleared up and left the house clean and tidy.

10Verified ReviewWorkmen arrived on time having previously called to say they were on their way. They worked for approximately 5 hours and didn't seem to stop. When they had finished all mess was cleared away. Before leaving the foreman showed me pictures on his phone of cleared cavities. Everyone was polite/courteous and this I can extend to the lady who dealt with me in the office. Thankyou. I am leaving the cavity empty for a while to let the brickwork dry out, enabling me to deal with the issues the damp caused inside my house. If I decide to re insulate I will definitely be contacting HI again

We carried out the works in August 2024, so I cannot yet comment on impact on the temperature in the house or any energy savings, but fingers crossed! If your property has a loft ensure to clarify with the installers to what height the insulation is installed (ceiling height or full height including loft).
