  Martin, was very helpful, honest and knowledgeable. Although he was unable to take on my work due to his commitments he went above and beyond on advising me as to how I can rectify my issue. Would definitely use him

  Flat Roof replacement

  Martin replaced the single story flat roof above our kitchen with a pitched roof with vaulted ceiling and roof windows. He installed the new roof, fitted an RSJ for a future installation, made good all the brickwork and repaired a settlement crack. He altered the original house guttering and installed the new facia and guttering. He also recommended a very good roofer and plasterer. The finished result has surpassed our expectations and transformed our kitchen area. Martin is old school and very knowledgeable, his work was first class, he was polite and has a good rapport with building control.

  Chimney stack removal and repair of cracked outside wall

  Fitted new kitchen, new fuse board, rewire downstairs lights new down stairs ceilings/lights/coving

  Martin fitted new kitchen new pipe work for sink/washing machine/outside tap. Built new storage cupboard and cupboard for boiler on wall to match, boxed in pipe work along wall,new fuse box, rewire down stairs lights outside light,sockets etc, new ceilings/coving, painted ALL downstairs walls, ceilings,lots of work for fair price.He is very conscientious, knowledgable,cheerful and friendly guy. He can do EVERYTHING!Extensions, plastering, tiling,flooring, carpentry, decorating, plumbing and does it all the correct way(eg Datum line for kitchen etc) builds houses! I definitely recommend and trust 100%

  Refurbishment of Porch Canopy

  Our porch canopy was beautifully restored by Martin. He built new wooden support gallows to replace the originals that had rotted. He also replaced the side panels and fitted plastic cladding to the fascia and sides and new guttering, which he connected to an existing downpipe. Martin was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. He always conducted himself in a friendly manner, and the quality of the work he produced was excellent. We would be very happy to have Martin do more work for us in the future. Highly recommended.

  To repair floor in bathroom and fit new bathroom suite/tile throughout

  We couldn't be more pleased with the work carried out by Martin. I contacted the company after discovering a hole in the bathroom floor from damp under the tiles. Martin was quick to respond and to come out to give an initial inspection and a quick timescale of when he could get us booked in. He also kindly made the area safe in the meantime. After repairing the floor we decided to have a new bathroom suite fitted and all completely retiiled as we felt we were in safe and honest hands. Martin was fantastic and carried out the work to our requirements and gave us good advice along the way.
