  A replacement window and aluminium glazed sliding doors

  I am delighted with the installation of my window and aluminium glazed sliding doors. The quality of the products is excellent and Jim and Jack worked tirelessly with the installation, leaving my house and garden spotless after the work. The internal and external finishes where the window and doors meet the structure are excellent too, and I received my Fensa certificate and guarantees shortly afterwards.

  Fix a 3 year old window that had jammed shut.

  The work was carried out to a good standard 3 MONTHS after reporting the problem. Staff shortages were blamed, but the customer service was virtually non-existant. I was told repeatedly to just wait and they would eventually get back to me. We had given up and booked a different company to repair it when they finally rang. Gerry, who was efficient and friendly, carried out the work. Some customers waited all summer to have windows they couldn't CLOSE repaired. Although we sweltered, at least we could keep the rain out and the house secure. After-sales service was terrible, very stressful.

  We visited the property on 13th July 2022 to assess the problem and ordered a new frame and parts and fitted the new parts 15 working days after they arrived on the 7th September 2022. Yes we were short staffed right in the middle of the holiday period.

  Replacing double glazed windows throughout the house.

  From the minute Barry came to quote, the installation team and installation manager were always on time, did a great job and we are really pleased with the service.

  New back door, new side garage door and new upvc window

  Very impressed overall. The initial sales rep Barry gave clear guidance and a fair quote. None of the usual sales nonsense. On the day of fitting there was an error in one of the glass panels size, due to a mistake at the manufacturers. This was resolved within a few days and they kept us informed. The quality of the product and the workmanship cannot be faulted. We would recommend this company and certainly use them again. Well done House of Surrey.
