  The 2 gentleman done a 5star job at clearing everything out of my old house and moving it all to my new property. I can't believe how efficient they were. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE MOVING HOUSE! Such a good price too. Some of the quotes I got were quadruple what these charged!

  Moving house is stressful and challenging but these guys were really excellent and made the process really smooth. They were very efficient, really careful with the furniture and made sure not to bump the walls. They dismantled a bunk bed and some wardrobes for us too. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommended, thanks again.

  Removal from a flat to a house

  Absolutely awful! Everything was an effort! Complained the whole time about what to move, huffed and puffed at everything! Broke a lamp, broke the washing machine and are trying to blame me! Their removal team were awfully unprofessional! Avoid this form, simply dreadful! I regret using them! Paid for a full packing service but I packed myself, no adjustment to price at all, just hassle from the moment they arrived!

  I'm sorry for the inconvenience you had with your move. However, I must point out that the first thing that happened was that you only noted what happened 5 hours after you had already paid our team and closed your door, not wanting to comment with the office if you had a problem. You have not sent any evidence such as photos or video to our office to review. You didn't stop asking for the details of our insurance after we explicitly explained to you that without evidence we can't file a claim, then you started threatening our company with a claim court. We at House Removals London always stand behind our company policy and our team and wish to protect our name, therefore we inform you that such false statements and slander against us are unnecessary after we have done everything you asked for under our arrangement.

  Absolutely amazing service today. They arrived on time and had the house loaded within two hours. The guy's were really friendly and made sure all our furniture was put back together correctly. I can't rate them highly enough, will be using them again when we move out of our temporary place Into our new home.
