Will was punctual & very pleasant. He did the service of my boiler with no disruption to myself. he identified a problem for which he ordered a part & returned the following week to fit it. Great gas engineer.
William came to our rescue to invetigate and fix a problem with our gas boiler. He apologised that as he was away he could not come immediately but came on Sunday afternoon on his way home. He fiixed the problem quickly and efficiently and offered to make some alterations to avoid the problem (a blockage in the condensate pipe) recurring. I recommend him highly.Job location: OX28
