The team arrived as promised, Charles the owner is very friendly, but at the same time over promises on what he delivers.
Front and back of the house painted to a high standard. However, the replacement cills to the conservatory were not hardwood as promised, not sanded down or sealed properly. Had to ask them to come back and sand down and repaint cills. However, still sealant was not applied to the underside of cills. Charles came with the sealant and left without doing it. I had to seal the underside myself rather than call him back. Disappointing for good money paid.

came to this customer, gave an estimate to repaint the entire house as 1st part of job, 2nd part of job was to replace rotten seals with hardwood. customer rang up 2 days before the start and said unless i knocked £200 off she would go elsewhere, this was once the job had already been booked in for 2 weeks. we proceeded to do the job, stained all outside windows in a 10 year exterior wood stain, then customer told us she would not pay full amount unless we finish porch seals . came back mid week, drove to specialist wood company, came up, hot weather painted the outside of the property with 3 coats photos on the website beautiful job.
