Will was very confident, likeable and professional from the moment he knocked on my door and took the opportunity to explain the process. The arrangements for the work were smooth and efficient. I was grateful for complete flexibility when I had to push back the booking due to some gasworks taking place in the street. Will reattended at the agreed time and was very polite and courteous. He and his colleague completed the job to an excellent standard. Job location: LS25Generally excellent, drive is superb and really looks like new. Howard turned up early and went the extra mile when it became clear my water pressure was a bit low, so needed to get tackle from his depot. Tidyness? still a bit dirty on the pavement /road so need a really good rainfall to wash it away.9 Block paving.
