Did the work as agreed, price as expected and was a nice enough fella, although timekeeping wasn't great. It may be standard practice for plumbers but as he had to take the boiler front off to do the service it didn't seem reasonable to charge an extra hour labour to swap out a part. The whole job took half an hour and about £100 was labour charges.

Carried out to a very high standard, with humour, thoughtfulness, and consideration for our needs. Could not have wished for a more friendly, professional job. Thank you Chris and Steve.

They came, they saw, they fixed it. Came at very short notice, and returned the next day as promised. Also sent a follow up text to make sure all was ok. Recommended.

Chris was asked to come and fix a radiator. He came and completed the work within an hour and said if it wasn’t working just get in touch. The radiator worked well but the following day we realised the hot water in the house was now not working. I contacted Chris via what’s app (as this is how we had previously communicated) and told him the problem and asked him to come back the following day. He read the message more or less straight away and has ignored the message. We have now been without hot water for 3 days and he has not responded to my request.

Top quality work carried out replacing a broken boiler, I did require an extra part but the cost was discussed prior, which I was happy to accept based on the requirements of the job. Highly recommended!

Very tidy, we were kept fully informed and given recommendations for improvements and issued with a certificate. Chris is very friendly and efficient in his work.
