Gavin is the worst tradesman I have ever had in my home. He was consistently late turning up to the job, severely lacked any professionalism and then once the job was completed we had found out he blew the wall through creating a hole leading to our bedroom and refrained from letting us know until we moved our bed and found this a couple of months later. After contacting Gavin about this he reluctantly agreed to pay for the work to be corrected but has since ignored us and him refusing to pay the invoice for the work. Appalling service and poor workmanship.

We put out a request on Checkatrade after our hot water stopped working over the bank holiday weekend. Gavin replied to us very quickly and via WhatsApp helped us fix the boiler remotely. Without his help we were faced with the possibility of no hot water until a plumber could come out on Tuesday. We were extremely grateful for his service and even more thankful when we found out Gavin was actually on holiday at the time! Thank you and highly recommended.

Davin did a fantastic job fixing our shower pump. He was kind enough to pop in last minute on his way home and fix the pump for us. Very friendly as well, would definitely recommend ????

Gavin has been great moving and installing our new combi boiler and changing some radiators. He always stayed in contact, was on time and worked hard. We had a lot of questions and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. A friendly guy who we would recommend and use again for sure.
