Replacing a faulty door handle

Reliable, Friendly, and Great Attention to Detail
James did a fantastic job fixing our bathroom door. He arrived right on time within the agreed window, which we really appreciated. Throughout the job he was extremely polite and friendly, taking the time to explain the technical aspects of the work in a way that was easy to understand.
